Unfortunately, Rencq vehicles do not have any special equipment for people with reduced mobility. However, your chauffeur will be happy to help you get in and out of the vehicle, fold your wheelchair and lift it in and out of the trunk.

Acknowledging that unforeseen delays may occur, we ensure your peace of mind: your chauffeur will graciously wait up to 15 minutes at the pick-up location at no extra charge. Upon your arrival at the airport, your chauffeur will wait for up to one hour, allowing you ample time to disembark, complete customs formalities, and collect your luggage with complete peace of mind.

For reasons of comfort and cleanliness, our vehicles do not allow pets on board. However, in compliance with current regulations, assistance dogs are welcomed without restrictions and at no additional cost.

Rencq is currently available exclusively in Paris and the surrounding region. Our chauffeurs provide pick-up and drop-off services within central Paris as well as across all departments of the Île-de-France region (91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 77, 78). We also provide seamless transfers to and from Paris' main airports: Paris Orly (ORY), Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG), and Paris-Beauvais (BVA).

Upon prior request, a child seat can be provided in our vehicles to ensure your child’s comfort and safety. Simply specify this request in the "Comments" field when making your reservation.

- Book your journey by entering your pick-up and drop-off addresses, then select your preferred service category.
- Enter your personal details, then specify your need for a child seat in the "Comments" field of the booking form.
- For instance, you may write: “Could you kindly arrange for a child seat in the vehicle for our journey? Thank you.”

Our chauffeurs sincerely appreciate your kind gesture. Tipping via our platform is not yet available, however, it is possible to give tips directly to the Chauffeur.

On the day of your journey, you will receive a text message with your chauffeur’s contact details and the vehicle’s registration number as it approaches. A final message will be sent to inform you of your chauffeur’s arrival at the designated location.

For every journey with Rencq in Paris ans its area, all passengers are fully insured, whether they made the reservation or not.

For your comfort, all Rencq vehicles are equipped with phone chargers and complimentary bottled water. Wi-Fi access is also available onboard. Upon request at the time of booking, a child seat or booster can be provided to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for your little one.

To ensure a pristine and refined atmosphere for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside Rencq vehicles. Should this rule not be observed, a cleaning fee for upholstery and air purification will be applied.
